While Little Willow Clothing Ltd will take all reasonable steps to deliver the goods by the estimated delivery date (viewable during checkout) Little Willow Clothing Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for failure to do so.
You may return your order, or part thereof, without giving any reason for doing so, as long as it meets the following conditions:
- The products were received in the last 90 days
- The products are in the same condition to that in which they arrived (including tags). They must be unwashed and unworn.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
The deadline for returning orders, or parts of orders, is 90 days from the date on which you received the products or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
When you return an item, you may select either a refund or an exchange. For refunds, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products, and approve them based on the above conditions. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Or, if you have requested an exchange, we will dispatch your exchanged time to you within 14 days, under the same conditions.

After completing the online form, if you are in the UK, you will receive a free shipping label that can be used to return your clothing. If you are overseas, or prefer to return the clothing using a different service, you will need to return the clothes to us at the following address: Little Willow RETURNS, 65 Highfield Drive, Ely, CB6 1GA, UK.
